CRISPY SALMON ARUGULA SALAD BOWL
Ingredients
Atlantic Salmon
2 cups of arugula
1/2 cup of chickpeas
1 baby cucumber
1/2 cup of sweet potatoes
Hummus
Sesame seeds
Recipe
Cut your salmon into bite size pieces and marinate in soy sauce and let it sit for 15-20 minutes
Once marinated air fry salmon at 350 for 24 minutes
Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees and bake you chickpeas on a sheet pan seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder for 30 minutes
Cut your sweet potatoes into cubes season with olive oil, garlic powder, thyme and air fry at 350 for 30 minutes until crispy golden brown
In a salad bowl, add your arugula, baked chickpeas, roasted sweet potatoes, cucumbers, and salmon
Top it off with some sesame seeds and hummus & ENJOY!
