Challah French Toast


Ingredients

  • Challah bread

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp organic maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter

Recipe

  • In a bowl whisk together your almond milk, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and organic maple syrup

  • Add as many slices of challah bread into the mixture until each piece is coated evenly

  • In a cast iron pan melt grass-fed butter and add your slices

  • Cook on each side for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown

  • Once done, add sliced banana and strawberries and drizzle your maple syrup
